Drug Free Workplace - Pre-employment Drug Testing Policy:
The Club has a commitment to maintain a safe and productive work enviroment for our employees
and in protecting customers, employees, property, equipment, and operations.  That commitment
is jeopardized when any employee illegally uses drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
The possession, use, or trafficking of illegal drugs or alcohol (or abusive use of legal drugs) poses
a risk for safe, secure and efficient operations.  Therefore, the Club requires a drug test of all job
applicants (post-offer, pre-placement) and any employee, who the Club believes, based on
reasonable suspicion, is illegally using drugs.  Therefore, the Club has established the following policy,
pursuant to Arkansas Workers' Compensation Rule 36.
  • No employee shall use, possess, sell, trade, buy, or offer for sale illegal drugs or otherwise engage in
  • the illegal use of drugs on the job.
  • No employee shall report to work under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol.
  • An employee will be in violation of this policy if he/she reports to work with any detectable trace of
  • drugs in his/her system.
  • No employee shall abuse or use prescription drugs illegally.  However, nothing in this policy precludes
  • the appropriate use of legally prescribed medications.
Violators of this policy are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
